Performance Promotion
Without a crowd records won't sell.
Drive more fans to your next gig, get the media involved and make sure EVERYONE knows your playing. This service takes the hassle out of submitting your gigs to regional publications and provides our qualified contacts the heads up regarding your show. We personally invite Music Directors, Entertainment Editors, and the Music Scenesters to attend your performance.
Additionally, we do our best to grab the occasional interview and on-air performance when we can.
Our Performance Promotion provides:
- A professionally prepared Press Release
- A fax to Newspapers, Magazines, TV and Radio
- An email blast to our regional listener database
- Real time reporting of all actions
- Forwarding of any replies/responses
How does this work?
It is simple, you send us:
- Your Show dates/details
- A short Artist Bio
- A B/W artist photo
- Register at DropHit.net
- $50 per week of promo needed
In order to allow adequate lead time we require your payment and show details to be in our hands no less than 16 days prior to your performance, 5 weeks leads time is required for most print publications. Once we have received your request, we will submit a press release to all of our regional contacts. Once this is completed we will forward you a report of the media outlets we have contacted and any replies we may have received.
